Outreach Programs
The Center works with local and national organizations in developing community outreach activities and programs. The Center participates in a variety of community-based health fairs and regional events that touch our target populations. The Center also works with national health organizations to create localized activities – such as “Take A Loved One To The Doctor Day.” Outreach efforts are lead by Coordinators with specialized knowledge and connections within the communities we serve.
